Memorial Day (US) – last Monday in May
Juneteenth (US) – June 19
Independence Day (US) – July 4
Labor Day (US) – first Monday in September
Thanksgiving & Day after Thanksgiving – fourth Thursday in November
Christmas – December 25
Non-critical support is not available during these closures, but emergency support is always available for systems that have a 24-hour support agreement and are experiencing a critical system-down emergency.
