SIS Founding
Founded in 1987, SIS began as a small computer consulting and software development team helping central monitoring and alarm companies aggregate their intrusion alarms.
Alarm Center Launch
With the launch of our automated Alarm Center software, we were among the first to integrate access control, computer-aided dispatch, data, and video technology.
Evercommerce Acquisition

Our seasoned leadership team has 70+ years of collective industry experience and high-level security clearances up to TS/SCI. With on-the-ground expertise in high-security environments, they are dedicated to helping vital government and public entities safeguard their most critical assets.
Larry Gloss
Larry served as a Naval Cryptologist and Russian linguist with reconnaissance aircrews across the Pacific, Indian Ocean and Arabian Gulf. He received a Secretary of the Navy Nomination to the Naval Academy and joined the private sector in 2000 with 20+ years security experience.
Moe Rodriguez
Moe joined SIS in 2014 with 14 years security experience and rose from technician to Manager of Technical Services, leading a team of 6. He ensures client monitoring needs with Alarm Center Software and holds an Informatics degree from Indiana.
Paul Gomez
Paul is a results-driven sales leader with 12 years security experience. He excels at managing sales funnels, driving growth, and empowering teams. Paul brings expertise in strategic planning and customer needs and helped scale a startup pre-SIS.
Victor Ceron
Victor is the Director of Development & IT with 30+ years in physical security, IT infrastructure, and tech-driven solutions. His background spans analog to intelligent networked systems and transforms legacy into modern operations.
Juan Montanez
Juan brings 18+ years experience and has led the Department of Defense program at SIS for 5 years. His career roles strengthened leadership, problem-solving skills, and passion for high-performing teams while delivering strategic, mission-driven solutions.
