Office Hours Support

Our basic plan includes telephone support (office hours 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. EST) and free program updates (when issued).  This plan also includes the ability to have a remote diagnostic session with SIS to provide training, diagnose problems and/or download updates.  It also includes access to our Forum, Live Chat and Email Support.

UL 24-Hour Support

For users that require a UL 1981 classified system, the 24-Hour Support plan includes all features from the Office Hours Support plan and access to our technicians on a 24 hour basis in case of an emergency.

Platinum Plan

This customized plan has all features from the plans above including: scheduled onsite visits, recurring training sessions and enhanced solutions such as customized web portals, system monitoring and system grooming.
