Download and install updates and components for the ALARM CENTER® Have an SIS Support Representative connect to your system and assist you remotely. Ask us questions 24-hours a day by sending and receiving email from our technical representatives.

Free Support:
For 90 days after the initial shipping date of an ALARM CENTER® Software Module, SIS offers free office hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST) ALARM CENTER® software ONLY technical support. ALARM CENTER® users can purchase extended support policies which can include free program updates (when issued) and office hours technical support.
 
Office Hours Support:
This plan includes unlimited office hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST) telephone support calls and free program updates (when issued). This plan also includes the ability to have a remote diagnostic phone link with SIS to provide training, diagnose problems and/or download updates (remote software is an additional cost), also includes access to our Online Forum, Live Chat, and Internet support session.
 
UL 24-Hour Support:
For users that require a UL 1981 classified system, the 24-Hour Support Plan includes all features from our Office Hours plan, plus access to our technicians on a 24 hour basis.
