Monitoring/Dispatch module is the user interface which interprets, records and maintains customer alarm data such as: burglary, fire, panic/duress, medical, environmental, etc. from digital, radio and IP receivers simultaneously and routes emergency signals to available operators for action. Monitoring/Dispatch module provides reliable and cost effective protection in over 100 countries around the World and supports all major receivers and transmission formats. The System has received the "stamp of approval" by the watch dog agencies of the industry; it is UL 1981 and ULC Classified. It has also passed the stringent testing requirements of the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and complies with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and the Secure Configuration Compliance Validation Initiative (SCCVI) providing the required automated network vulnerability scanning, configuration assessment, application vulnerability scanning, device configuration assessment, and network discovery required for government installations. In addition, the Monitoring/Dispatch module is Public-Safety Answering Point (PSAP) compatible, adhering to the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) to PSAP standard protocols developed by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO Int'l) for computer aided dispatch (CAD) and 911 dispatch centers. Without standard account limits, specialized hardware requirements or expensive monthly support fees, the Alarm Center provides an unsurpassed avenue for growth.

Highly Scalable

Single User
The single user version allows for one PC to conduct dispatching, data entry, account maintenance and reporting. While the system has the capability to do multiple operations simultaneously, only one operator can use the system at a time.
Peer to Peer Network
The peer to peer network is a great way to receive the multi-user benefits of the Windows platform, without the added cost of dedicated network and database servers. One PC on the peer to peer network is used for dispatching, the others (up to three) can be used simultaneously for data entry, reporting, service and accounting.
Enterprise Network
The enterprise network is for the advanced dispatch center environment. By utilizing the Windows server platform and SQL database structures, the system is designed for growth, speed and peace of mind knowing that your dispatch center is operating on the most advanced platform available today. The system is capable of handling as many workstations as needed for simultaneous dispatching, data entry, account maintenance, reporting, service, accounting or any other administrative purpose.
Send Email/SMS Text Messages Automatically

This feature includes “System Management Alerting” and “Client Account Alerting.”  The “System Management Alerting” is capable of sending an email or SMS text message to the dispatch center management. It alerts them of an operator’s failure to respond to an alarm signal or in-activity check-in.   The “Client Account Alerting” allows the dispatch center to automatically notify subscribers of predetermined alarm conditions via email or SMS text message.

Generate Comprehensive Reports

Monitoring/Dispatch module generates reports which provide easy to interpret and comprehensive data necessary for an efficient dispatch center operation. Detailed reporting is available for:

Subscriber information
Signal history
Management & statistics
Generate comprehensive reports
Auto reports
And more

Email & Fax Reports Directly from Alarm Center

All reports can be directed to the screen, a printer or even transferred by email or fax. The System's flexibility allows for user defined automatic reports to be created on the subscriber level. These reports can be emailed to your clients saving you time and money. Subscribers can also access reports over the web by using the WebAccess module.

Receive Video of Violated Zones

Utilizing many of the video products on the market today, our Video Integration module is capable of receiving, displaying and recording video snapshots that can be transmitted concurrently with a violated zone.  These pre and post alarm photos are invaluable tools in verifying the validity of the alarm condition.  Most video products also allow the System to display LIVE streaming video of the zones that were tripped - further enhancing the accuracy of the dispatch.

Automatic Back Up Functions (SyncAgent)

Powerful utility that allow Alarm Center users to have not only a complete backup of their data bases but also a backup of key components of the program. Having a recent backup of your data could mean the difference between being back on-line in a matter of minutes vs. hours (and possibly even days).  Implementing a standard routine for back-ups provides you with the assurance of redundancy with a better chance of quick data recovery and resulting in minimal down-time.

Compatible with All Major Receivers and Communication Formats

SIS is constantly interfacing to new receivers and expanding the supported formats; view a list of our Supported Receivers and Formats. If you do not see your receiver or protocol listed, contact our Sales Department for recent additions to the list.
