The ALARM CENTER^� Service Manager Module can be used as an integrated product within the Monitoring/Dispatch Module where service requests can be generated by the dispatcher, or it can be configured as a stand alone system to effectively handle the unique needs of the security industry. Versions are available for the single or multi-user systems.

ACCESS SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNTS FROM A CELL PHONE
Utilizing a web enabled cellular phone (WAP), our Web Phone Module allows authorized service technicians in the field to access subscriber accounts at the Central Station and quickly check account history, place accounts in test mode and view account status information.
